Prof. Dr. Ümit Hıdır Ulaş is a neurology and clinical neurophysiology specialist. He graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) in 1989. He completed his neurology residency at GATA Neurology Department in 1996. Between 2009 and 2010, he worked as a research assistant in the Autonomic Nervous System Diseases Laboratory at University Hospitals Case Western Cleveland, USA. He completed his clinical neurophysiology subspecialty training in 2011. He trained many doctors and neurologists in his thirty-year career. He has over 100 articles published in national and international scientific journals. Areas of interest; electromyography (EMG), EMG-guided migraine treatment, peripheral nervous system and muscle diseases, headache, movement disorders and Parkinson's disease. He is fluent in English.
